stay safe and may the wind be in your favor as you help your fellow comrades
My question would be do both handle a 32" with oiling duties?I think the 462 would be perfect with a 25" ES Lite.
That was one of the ones I figured you would mention. The MS200T is a legendary saw........but it had like a dozen carb revisions. Still revered.
Your not talking about mine I hope.Damn Hooskies! LMAO. [emoji23]
I've been following........please be safe.
In some ways.201tcm even better though
I was talking about the plastic handles.I'm sure there are plenty of less than quality mufflers out there.I just happened to order a new one for a 372 and I wish the old one wasn't damaged so bad, I'd just reuse it instead of the soup can I paid $30 for.
So, I'm holding a muffler for a saw that costs $750 new and looking at the muffler on a saw that costs $300 new and saying WTF. Don't get me wrong, I love the 372 and my other Husky's, just ain't impressed by that new muffler.
Another factor for me is humidity with salt. I'm really close the sea. This muffler is already showing signs of rust in the bolt hole recesses and it hasn't been out of the house yet.![]()
I hope it's everything the 461 is with good filtration and less vibes.Stihl threw us a little curve ball.
Hopefully not a landmine. I'm rooting for the 462. I like everything about it, but not sure if it's gonna be what the 461 is.
Be careful out there, looks pretty bad.Update: it’s gonna be a tough night. Fires jumping everywhere. Prime Minister urgently returns to Greece.
Greece is on fire from North to South
Athens on fire West and East. It’s a well scheduled plan.
As usual public services are a mess, they lost it completely.
Me and a few other volunteers gonna camp at East Athens near fire. I think we ll have to fell trees during night. Lots of heavy smoke, visibility sucks almost zero.
What? Stroke and overall performance won't be even close.Coming close to the old 064 which I always wanted Stihl to bring it back.
Not equal though. 3ccs does make a big difference.
Let's start comparing 660 to 390.
Same size right????![]()
Dear friend sorry no time to explain
ATHENS IS ON FIRE!!! PREPAIRED MY CHAINSAWS AND GO TO HELP CITIZENS! TOUGH SITUATION
I'm not thinking anyone here will tell you to run either saw with a 36 in Pennsylvania hard wood.so if one all ready has the 461R and that could take a 36"b/c if need be, and you get it ported. is it really worth spending the money for a 462? instead of investing the money? CHANGE MY MIND![]()
Good deal, I was hoping it wasn't, you know how mad I'd get at youRelax. All is good. It's about what Randy mentioned.
No fair. 80cc saw with a 90+cc oil system.What he says . . .

I threw at her all I have and she's OK with it.
Don't forget to post weight difference!
So, a brand new saw model already getting a new clutch cover design...
I was talking about the plastic handles.
I hope it's everything the 461 is with good filtration and less vibes.
LOL. Ya the biggest we run is 25"b/c. and if need be just plunge and bore cut. Yes that is what i meant, with conservative figures it would be about $15,000I'm not thinking anyone here will tell you to run either saw with a 36 in Pennsylvania hard wood.
I think you would be best investing the money in the stock market, maybe that's not what you meant, but it would probably work out better lol.
Holy forest fire ! Be safe my friend !
Look closer, it is just a PS-7310 - 72.6cc places her perfectly fine in the seventy range. No fair. 80cc saw with a 90+cc oil system.
We're in the seventy range here.
The first four series Skweel to interest me, ever. Hate vibs!
Boy what a difference that made on heaths 661
