Hence the reason “spec” can’t be trusted. They most likely weigh them without clutch cover and spikes. Probably why the 462 was heavier than spec as well.oE 372's were always about 14 pounds with standard wraps and clutch covers. 044's were as light as 13lbs 5 ounces with a standard handle and clutch cover and pre HD filter set up.
A 262/562/362 will weigh less fueled up ready to cut because they hold less fuel and oil. But yes I agree the 462 does have a very impressive power to weight ratio vs other 70cc saws.Mason, more like the weight of a 262 or 562, not a 372.
