Mr. Miller's Husqvarna 390

Carl Miller went out of his way building me a strong running 390xp. Have only had it a short time, with a 2 foot bar, sharp chain, makes easy work and it rips. Young guys have named it Helga, because she likes big wood. Here is a few pics of wood it has just cut. No one get upset, there where a few good saw logs, but friend with the mill did not want them. They are all firewood length now. Thanks again Mr. Miller!

Yes, snow on the ground. Hope it is gone soon. 60-70's this weekend, thank God! Some of those logs are still frozen together.

390xp is truelly an awesum saw. Great power to weight ratio, mine is a noodling monster.
I named her BABY.

No hate for the 390 here, but I still can't get over the difference in power for only 6cc difference in displacement between it and the 3-9-4

And the 394 schools the 395 too right? What is so much different with 394 that makes them run so good. I always thought the 390 was a rpm runner but that bad boy gets it.

My 395 is right with my 94 and it's not ported as heavy as the 94 either. Quads are hard to beat.
