I agree with everything you said, except I don't get the torque argument whatsoever. The 462 has more power period.Between the 462 and the 572 I think the 572 is a bit more overrated. I felt like the 462 was faster, lighter, better filtration and av, and better handling. But the 572 had a ton of torque
Added it. I prefer the 346 over ANY of the newer 50cc myself too. It’s just the damned OG.... lolHuskyboy, you forgot the 550mk2. Most certainly that saw was overrated, the one I had I sent down the road, I liked the 346 mucho more better
New saws are always overhyped on the forums. The 500i is pretty dang good, but it's still just a chainsaw.I voted 500. It might just be that great, but also way overhyped. Light as a feather, faster than a speeding bullet, jumps tall buildings in a single bound and it’s had a couple years of testing so definitely tried and true.
