Jeff, I have a pic of the break somewhere. If I find it I'll share. It was a know casting flaw but the design is a weak spot so they went billet.

And the mk3 that I broke. Like mentioned, it was a known casting flaw. Many broke hence the change. I work on motorcycles and case covers get torqued to 10 ftlbs, so I know what that torque spec feels like.

Also, to anyone using one, put some antisieze on the U-bolt threads. You'll thank me later.

If you find it, OK, If not, no worries. Thanks for the info though. I was unaware that the IV was billet.
