So here we are. I ran this saw several tanks before I tore it down and all I got to say is stock. Ain't happen on this gutless wonder. Lol. I'll take a 421 anyday. However as you see. This is what caught my attention. 120 degree exhaust height and 11 degrees blowdown.

So as I'm pondering my first thought here is to take .033 from base and .010 from the squish band. That should bump the comp a nice little bit. Next the intake. I am torn here I really just wanna epoxy this thing up and make it normal. Lol. But the way it's shaped on this first saw I may just widen the top part and then blend to the triangle bottom. Idk yet. Lol.

Now the exhaust. Well it needs to come up. IMO. Generally I would set a 50cc saw around 105. Not sure I can pull that off. So I may start with about 110/125/? And see what we get.

On the 7910 I've noticed the higher you take the exhaust height the more blowdown the saw seems to like. Running on that theroy is why I've lengthened out the blowdown time as I raise the exhaust.
