That 421 is a way better running ssw. Lets see it limb a tree Nd buck a log or two. Use the dogs tho. If i cut all day without dogging in id be so wore out by lunch id not have anything left to give.

Ok boys excuse this first vid but I was running out of daylight. I now have this makita where I want it. It's been apart a couple times since the last vid but it's now sitting at 107/123/80.

I'm done with these 2 saws. Future testing will be done. Little tweaks at a time as a build more of these. That said. The Dolmar is at 105/122/80. This saw is actually a tad faster but takes just enough of a lighter hand that I like the makita at 107/123/80 better for bucking. For light limbing I like the dolmar better. Lol. You would think 2 degrees would be noticeable but it is.

To me i think they both have there place and shinebin them. The dogged in bucking is more about the load transitions than anythibg else. Thank you for showing the saws working like they should.
