IIRC there is a 'heavy' oil screw and a 'light'? Thought I had read that somewhere. I do have a couple of them put back. I don't know which is which.

Yes, the repair kit comes with two set screws.
Since I never rebuilt any of my saws pumps I have no idea what the difference is.

With all my saws set screws being white I'd assume that the black one is for more oil.

I'll ask Steve @166 , he is bound to know for certain.

I believe white is higher flow than black if I recall reading correctly at some point

I'm weighing up whether to get the oil pump repair kit and the oil pump drive or a whole oil pump with drive to save shipping from multiple places (also wondering about replacing the clutch springs if doing that).

I don't see much in the way of Dolmar/Makita clutch removal sockets, but is this the Husqvarna unit that people use as an equivalent? https://mikeschainsawshop.co.nz/products/clutch-removal-tool-for-husqvarna

Whole pump will be quite pricey.
I'd try find a repair kit and drive from the same seller.

If You think Your saws clutch springs are worn it is more likely the clutch shoes are and possibly the drum, I'd get a new complete clutch.

That tool looks like it would fit.
You can also cut up a socket.
I made my own clutch removal tools.

My custom made clutch removal tools, three Husky, two Dolmar/Makita.
My Husky 365/372 tool does not fit a Dolmar 79xx clutch, I made it too beefy.
It could be made to fit, blasphemy though given the effort invested to make it.
The flimsy tool in the link You posted will most certainly fit a large frame Dolmar clutch.

I just kinda went haywire beefing up for longevity & durability.
I also chased tight fitment throughout the development from first prototype tools to final production versions.

You can technically just cut up, I think!!! , a 19mm socket.

That was never an option for me though, the metal worker in me did not allow it.

This mid size Husky tool really kicked my butt.
It was a "request" to make it outlive the supposedly chitty OEM one.
It is elaborately contoured in order to have meat where space allowed for it.
It is very snuggly fitting.

Some of my new spare parts stash goodies.

I need to sort and inventory list everything I have.
I know I have certain parts but can't seem to locate them in the numerous cardboard boxes they are scattered within.
