I was going to follow the lake down and around, but I think i'll stay the hell out of Milwaukee.
does anybody know what the helmet laws are in Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan?

Thursday and Friday look good as of right now, Saturday looks like a 40% chance of rain.

Yesterday they had a 70% chance of rain for Thursday through Saturday. I'm hoping they take the rain out on Saturday.

Talk to Andy and Sarah and Tim DieselFitter. Last year they went up and around through the UP. Then you won't need to deal with chitcago.

Chickens were butchered today. I hope you guys are hungry..... I started with 42, I've got 41 in the freezer right now.

I was planning on getting them butchered on Friday, but the guys who do my butchering said the birds will actually be better if we process them today and they "rest" for 4-5 days.

I hope they taste good.

I think we will go out Friday night. Lisa is doing enough work for this event for feeding us so to take some stress off of her I figured we'd go out Friday night.
