Very nice grinding and finish work Mr. Evans. I wouldn't expect anything less.

How did you figure out that the needle seat needed enlarging? Common Dolly issue?

On welding stainless, someone who knows more than me may step in, but I'm pretty sure you can use SiBronze rod and braze it-as long as that torch is burning acetylene and not propane.

I'm slow, but my work is sloppy.

On the last 6100 I did, I ran out of fuel on the high side. No matter how far out I turned the screw, it would not come off the limiter. After digging thru the carb with some help from @Terry Syd I found that the seat was far smaller than other vendors carbs.....both Walbro, and Tilly.

I'm using propane.

I'm just kidding about not getting it dirty. I normally test groups of saws rather than just running one. I'll have videos in a day or two.
