I have the squish band cut, but I'm not going to cut the base till I get the piston. I want to be 100% sure of the clearances.

Don sent a new OEM clutch and piston, and I get some 66mm rings from Nick.

On something as expensive as an 090, would frosting the piston have any effect on long-term longevity of the piston?

I think he is talking about putting a ceramic coating on the top of the piston.
