I have a Stihl Bar # 3003 000 9630 It is a 25" 50GA 84DL 3 rivet tip
I found it in the scrap yard, Had a bad bend in it but now it doesn't. The tip was gone so now I need one.
From cross comparing a bit of fleebay I believe it is a NLA wide nose tip It measures 2-15/16" where the tip meets the bar rails. the ?tang is an even 2" wide and is 1-13/16" long I have called a few dealers and no luck. Information is scarce any one have one to Offer? at this point I don't mind if it will be a .063" or a .325 pitch. Let me know.

I have a saw blade with a handle at each end. Does not need a roller nose that you can use till ya get the ionsereds going!
Will Be very difficult to man both ends of of said "Blade".
I need to slim down but prefer some other method.
Did this come off of a STRUNK Chainsaw?
Do the handles have markings for "Right and Left. ???

From some Pictures and details I have gleaned from the Bay the some of the black ones were shown next to Stihl packaging
I did start finding a few but most were vaguely described. or .063 I did find a 20" - .050G 3/8" that I am tempted to buy and put a .325 .050 on and put the 3/8" on my 24".
Maybe I should ask if one of yours is a 3/8" x .050" and if you will part with it? I will watch PMs and this thread.
Thanks

All are 3/8. “White” ones are nos but have been around for a long time. The black one is brand new.
I don’t need all 3 :p

I was hoping to stay away from the overly wide .063 gauge on the .050 bar.
I was thinking of converting the 20" .050" bar from 3/8" to.325" (I found those tips) then use tha 3/8" - ;050" tipon my 24" Bar.
Most replaceable tips are universal for all width bars I think.

I think what he is saying is all the replacement tips are .063 not just the ones he has.
I just checked my 36" Stihl bar .050 and a new .063 chain fits in the nose but not in the bar rails so that verifies what you just said. Might explain why I can't find what they never made.
Thanks for setting me in the right direction.
Now to see if I misunderstood what CAT 525 was trying to shovel 😜 with that two man contraption.

Ah, that makes a big difference. If the bar can be dressed (ground) to around .058 it would be worth a re-tip. If not…scrap metal…

I believe I can still run .050 on it, just clean the rails of surface rust. If Not then I will run it through the bar shop.
