Ok Mr Randy as I said I have not even touched one of these so tell me I'm an idiot if I ask the wrong question. ;)
I pretty sure it was you that told me the trans are kinda like the 661. And they open on the exhaust side first. I'm curious on this. If you don't mind throwing in your knowledge on this. I'm all ears and curious.

They sorta open on the ends first.

I'm not sure why......but I think it has to do with the exhaust scavenging BS they talk about.
Thank you! I was intrigued by this is the 661 builds but ended up just doing a straight across trans in one and the other I set the exhaust side flat but 2° higher than intake. But it's hard to do my water testing on this cylinder as most of it just comes out the exhaust side trans. Sorry for my ramblings. Just trying to learn and understand.

After seeing a few of these builds, it would be nice to have a "builds" section to reference. That way they don't get lost in the archives..I'm sure they will come up with a search, but a section to show off builds, from mild...to wild, would be nice.

I also like how he quickly posted all of the build info before many were able to comment. Keeps all the technical build info together at the front and then the conversation can follow after. Makes it nice and clean for those that don't want to read all of a 30 page build to piece the info together.

SO nice and clean. Need another T1 build! Great sharing of your work and tips. I noticed the top cover screws were slotted and torx. Is that a 461 thing?
