Machining base without a lathe*

It's brittle and little chunks can break loose. Especially if you didn't clean the surfaces properly.

I use a lot of hondabond 4 at work and I have never seen it become hard let alone brittle. Any idea what the brand of sealer was?

It gets me when your close and your smashing your solder a few times on the up stroke and then it out of the blue rolls over TDC.

Instead of your hand use a saw wrench or a t-handle

I hurt my finger while modifying your saw to run like it should. If you and every other company didn't allow the EPA to bend you over this would have never happened...,

Loctite anaerobic type. On flat surfaces it'll be kinda temperamental if the surface isn't cleaned correctly then it'll eventually flake loose in the gapped areas. It isn't always a matter of proper cleaning if oil has seeped into the porous metals over years of use.

Pinched in flywheel two weeks ago checking sqwish. Swelling has mostly gone down. We all suffer from the same sickness when it comes to saws
