It wasn’t cheap and has limitations on log size. @Wagnerwerks

Check out the newest version Alaskan with the billet end pieces. Worth the extra coin vs the shy-nah stuff IMO.
24" and down, it's the ticket. Works awesome mounted to a trailer and we made locust 4x6s the other day with very little effort. It cost him 1200 shipped.

I'm building a set or 2 of the log bucks like the kits has. They are the ticket...

I will probably just end up with the New Alaskan IV.
I'll try this milling thing. See if it pans out.
I’ve been thinking of trying milling too. Probably gonna wait to buy a mill, just paid for a ported saw so the budget is not there. Lol

Had Hutzl 36" one. Broke the cast piece where the rod attaches, they refunded some of the money. More than likely user error. . The Grandberg parts fit it and was milling red and white oak with it.

Granberg small mill log mill $90 Providence Craigslist. Location is Smithfield.
Brand new never used. It's the G 777
Edit I see you were looking for the Mark IV which this one is'nt.
