Jonsered cs2260

[TreeLife]

Sooo...my wandering mind and overall lust for all things 2 stroke makes me comb Craigslist on the regular. I have found, close to me, a CS2260 for a good price.

My question: what should I look for as far as wear and failure on these units?

I've been saving for a dolmar 6100 and to have it ported, but the price on this 2260 is goooood, will I regret the 2260?

No regrets on the 2260, carb updates are the biggest issue with them and the 562xp, same saw except the 2260 uses small mount bar setup.

Nice thing is they give your hand more space between the handle and starter cover then a 562xp and they are sleeker looking.

I like the shape of the top cover, cool saw. Going to pick it up tomorrow!

I love mine just make sure you check it out with the top cover off and a flashlight to make sure it has the EL48. Haven't had any trouble with mine since the upgrade from EL46

I have ran the saw that Marc owns and it is a real screamer.
