Jonsered 80 5 Cube Stock Appearing Build

Effing badazz! I'm headed down to @Chainsaw Jim 's magic shop tomorrow morning. My J-Red 80 with the 90 P/C is in the back of the Heffalump, along with an extra J90 P/C. We'll see what happens....


Note: "The Heffalump" is actually my wife's 1990 Isuzu Trooper.

Do you still have the 52mm jug and piston? They're a little harder to find around here. I would have used a 54mm, but that would have made it to much displacement for the five cube class.

No, I bought it already converted. Then I lucked out and got a second P/C, same letter code!

I gotta say, I like my 80/90 better than my 111S. Size v power is handier I think.

Sounds like fun, I have an "80" or "90" not certain which set of cases and with a good top end. Wish I had the rest of the saw!

90 is 54mm I believe, and has a decomp.

It just has the stock two piece unit with a bit of advance. The magnets in flywheel are week, so the spark is also. Everything has to be just right to get it to fire off..........
