Could be - I can't remember if the 265 uses the small or large needle. Luckily, some of the aftermarket RK23 kits come with both.

Looks really "crude" like its carved from the stone age ... not dainty at all.

If you have trouble finding a kit I have plenty here, also plenty if used carbs and some new ones...

RK-23HS kit for sure. Failing that here's a more resonably priced 265

The other carb is a HS-238B

HS carbs are very east to put a kit in.
