Wishing a quick recovery Glenda!!! Remember what we talked about while is was down there. No pain no gain is the truth with knee recovery and therapy. If it's not hurting during therapy push a little harder. Maintaining and getting back to a normal range of motion is your goal. Most likely the range with the new knee will pass the old. Just the nature of the presurgery knee not being up to par.

Last thing - Make sure they pain medicate you 1/2 before your therapy session. I will make things go much better.
