The Jeep should be under 4000 lbs. The rotors are stock F-150 parts.

The 2.94 1/2 calipers are 6.78 piston area
The 3.146 3/4 calipers are 7.76 piston area
Gm used a 1-1/8 for 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton trucks
Your Jeep came with 2.596 piston calipers with 5.29 piston area and a 15/16 master cylinder for a cj, the tj gets a the same size calipers but a 1” master. I would run what you have, you can always make an adjustment in the system if needed, the 1” should work well, the petal will have some travel, that’s good, and have great pressure, the 2” twin piston wilwoods would be the best choice of the two wilwood offerings, it would decrease petal travel but also loose some pressure, the othe advantage of the willwood is better preformance because the two pistons are spaced better on the pads, the original single piston calipers tend to deform the pads

Before anyone suggests it, I just don’t need a front Dana 60 for what I’m doing. I am gonna run RCV axles, a TruTrac (not a full locker) and 37” tires. RCVs are guaranteed up to 40” tires.
Changed my mind... I found a good deal on an ARB, so it will have them in both ends now.

If anybody wants a near new Detroit TruTrac, I have one for sale, along with some spanking new 4.09 gears and a master install kit.

Also found a Dana 300 set up the way I want, with 4:1 gears and a HD 32 spline output shaft, and a 1350 yoke.

I’ll be selling the stock 300 to offset some of the cost.

Not much to report. The ‘new’ Dana 300 showed up... I didn’t even bother to take it out of the box. I also got the ARB air locker and sold the Detroit Truetrac... and it’s gonna cost $600 to have the ARB and 4.56s set up in the front end (bare housing). I did not think that it would be that much. Last time I had a guy set up gears it was only a couple hundred bucks.

Still waiting on my LS swap harness and computer.
