Is this safe to use?

Hello to all!!

My first post here........

I bought 661 couple of months ago and got 4 chains with the saw. I have been using two of them and been happy with those chains ( stihl RS 3/8 .63 84dl ).
Today when grinding and checking the depth gauges noticed that one chain was " sticking " at one point. Took a closer look and found this.....

a 3/8lp tie stap on 3/8 chain........
Obviously checked the rest of the three chains, and found this..

and last two look like this..

So opinions would be appreciated ! (going to change that 3/8lp tie strap anyway safe or not!!)

It ain't right that's for sure. Would it ever break ? Sorta doubt it for pennies you can change it I would . If you don't have the tools you can do it with a punch n hammer
