Still need a climber to go up and make the cuts.

Up here in RI they do. They park in street. Extend out the boom to reach tree, hook up and start cutting. They take the tree right to the chipper. They do a nice job. Not cheap though.

Pretty cool to see the whole tree top leaves and all flying through the air hanging by s string and get dropped off to the chipper guys. Lol

There are many good operators out there. Can drop the boom on a dime from a couple hundred feet away.

All it takes is miss judging the weight a bit when your boomed way out to cause that

They had a large crane tip over on a couple houses doing a tree job in chattanooga a few months back. Ended up condemning both houses
