I knew be along to you’d try to find a way to turn this around.

Randy wasn’t pumping up Stihl, just reporting his findings.

Offended You Are.
Humorous It Is.
I am not offended one bit, run what you like, honestly I am not overly impressed with any of the new model saws from any company, I like my 2260s and 2253 but would I guarantee they will last a person with no failures, Never. Would I buy a new Stihl because of it, nope. They have there own issues.

#DALLISBACK, and someone fixed my inability to quote a post properly.

1. I don't agree to do used saws in public. Dammit Shea, send me a message in private !!!!

2. I *b-word and moan endlessly. It's what I do.

Mr. Evans

PS--Love you too !!!!!

Man, the negativity homey. You need to be more uplifting.

If you hate the avatar I gifted you with.......

You shoulda picked your own. LOL

I just noticed, that rocks. I genuinely appreciate it.

1. Absolutely

2. It’s better than hearing about his leg getting stuck in the air vents again.

Thanks, I am glad to see someone here has a can do attitude.

Story of frustration. My Igland winch wouldn't freespool more than 15'. Even when attached to a solid object it wouldnt. Put the tractor at the top o the mountain and pulled the inspection plates....think birds best of 3/8 cable, pinched badly with a mangled cage around the spool. After a few hours of mechanicing with tools of all types, I was able to fire up the gen and cut the cable off the spool in pieces......at least all the bolts and screws were there. Stay strong Randy. Oh, and I'll PM you next time.

o_OBut who's gonna port my 395xpw when I get it? Lets think about this. You've ported 50 plus saws for me, and the majority of them were Husq/Jonsered. Matter of fact, I can only think of 3 Stihls off the top of my head- 2 064s and a 10mm 044.
Pondered before I typed. Lets think about this.

You shared your “situation” with your kids and ex. Quite a few of us rallied to help you sell your saws but yet you are here “touting” of what you have had and what your plans are. Mildly chapped with this Bryan.

Is it just me or has that ship sailed?

I hate it seems that way to you. I'm simply reporting exactly what I see on my bench. I do ten times more new Stihl saws than Husqvarnas, and have yet to tear a single one down and find these sort of issues.

I did pull an MS362 apart once to find a rough bevel on the strato port scratching the piston.

One saw.....

Since I started porting saws, I've done about 2000 saws. So, it's safe to say that I've likely torn down more new saws than anyone you know. If not, direct me to them, I'd like to compare notes.

Go for it. If it walks like a duck......

The whole Stihl VS Husky thing is lame as a mfer to me. Just because I see this stuff and share it, I'm the bad guy? WTF??????

Trust me here, if I start pulling Stihls apart and seeing this sort of stuff, I'll be here *b-wording about that too.

You the man.
