Long as we are keeping it fair boss;), seems they dropped the ball for sure

The 200T had like 11 different carbs over the years.......

The 064 and 066 were bad to break the crank stub.....

But today.....here on my bench. I see a bunch of BS packed up in these Husky boxes.

So I'm a motorcycle mechanic by day. I feel your pain. I absolutely hate a specific brand. When they come in, I get in the funk like no other. BUT, it's my job to work on motorcycles. Don't like it, well you know the saying.

Maybe your time with saws is nearing its end? I spent 26 years in printing and was extremely burnt out in the end. I knew it and moved on. Hell cut them out of your diet if they ain't workin' for ya. You're your own boss, you make the rules.

Jason......how did you get that I'm burned out on saws because I'm seeing a bunch of QC failures?

I'm not sure I'm following......

Just being unhappy working on a chainsaw. They are just a saw, like it should just be a motorcycle(for me). If what you do doesn't make you happy, something's got to give. Last thing you want to do is come into or go out of that shop with a negative funk.

If I worked on say 20% of that brand, my ass would be gone. Happiness is more important-er,, and stuff.

Seems like anything I get nowadays, rifle, saw, whatever, I have to go through it and fix things that should have been caught at the factory.

My wife thinks it is funny that I have to 'mod' everything. I think it is a pain in the azz.

Perhaps when I was young and stupid I didn't notice all the mistakes, but now that I'm older with a lot more experience these errors just stand out like dog's balls.

I think it's just the sign of the times unfortunately. I've seen 2 paper mills get bought out or merge then a year or two later quality problems start showing up and they act like we are making these thing up.

I wonder how this bodes for new 572 production? Either way, I am a Hooskie fan, but I think that Stihl is making hits, while Husky is fouling out... AT least Makita is doing well and Echo seems to be coming on.

1. Does this mean you can get to my 084 quickly?

2. Why is it when I open one of these threads it's you whining and complaining?

Mr Awesome

PS--Love ya brother.

1. Absolutely

2. It’s better than hearing about his leg getting stuck in the air vents again.

Are we gonna list all the Stihl failures in here too, just curious?

I knew be along to you’d try to find a way to turn this around.

Randy wasn’t pumping up Stihl, just reporting his findings.

Offended You Are.
Humorous It Is.

Go for it. If it walks like a duck......

The whole Stihl VS Husky thing is lame as a mfer to me. Just because I see this stuff and share it, I'm the bad guy? WTF??????

Trust me here, if I start pulling Stihls apart and seeing this sort of stuff, I'll be here *b-wording about that too.

Or anything else for that matter. [emoji23][emoji23]
