Just a guess here... to them it's a small enough % and just goes through the warranty replacement. Would you think a saw like that could have a normal life? I know it ain't right and all, just curious.

To recap.

Out of the last batch of brand new AT Huskys I did. Two needed new carbs before they would run.

Out of six 372s I just did, four had the intake boots folded under the carb.

Now, I have three more ATs on the bench, and this one is missing two out of eight transfer cover screws.

Now, rather than say.....well, it will run like that, maybe it's time for Husqvarna to admit that they are having a QC failure.

When the gun crunch was on ten years ago because of the moonbat symphony that was being broadcast, I picked up a new mini 30. The gun dealer an old Marine and retired state trooper liked to check the chamber for clear before he handed it to you... he likes to open up the action and let that bolt slam shut. Well he takes that new Ruger out of the box, cycles the bolt and the proof round ejected and landed on the counter intact. In such a rush, they shipped it with a bullet in the chamber. One scope mount pedestal that little half moon relief wasn't machined clean enough to accept a mount, too. Too bad sucker was already mine.

Are we gonna list all the Stihl failures in here too, just curious?

Go for it. If it walks like a duck......

The whole Stihl VS Husky thing is lame as a mfer to me. Just because I see this stuff and share it, I'm the bad guy? WTF??????

Trust me here, if I start pulling Stihls apart and seeing this sort of stuff, I'll be here *b-wording about that too.

So I'm a motorcycle mechanic by day. I feel your pain. I absolutely hate a specific brand. When they come in, I get in the funk like no other. BUT, it's my job to work on motorcycles. Don't like it, well you know the saying.

Maybe your time with saws is nearing its end? I spent 26 years in printing and was extremely burnt out in the end. I knew it and moved on. Hell cut them out of your diet if they ain't workin' for ya. You're your own boss, you make the rules.
