Thats sounds like alot of drilling and plates

Its been al most 5 days im getting around pretty good no lifting bendings no twisting no stitting more than 30 mins then walk around
Well peeing does that go i havent peed this much

Just got out of the house and took a 25 min walk on flat ground and i liked it
back felt good
Everyday feeling better
