Excellent thread Joe....no mention of the carb having a kit or ultrasonic clean ? do you leave them alone on the AT saws while servicing or doing a rebuild when they appear to be ok , or is the kit replacement something you do at a given Hrs or Yrs of usage .I hope this took some of the mystery out of the AutoTune top handles. They are a bit tedious to work on but with patience it can be done inexpensively.

Nice thread. What's your opinion on these once they have some time on them? Do they ever come alive and run like a typical xp husky or are they sluggish even after break in? I ask because I really like the balance and feel of these saws but the two I've used have been very doggy and kinda miserable to use compared to a 200 or 201.
Stalker...Yeah great thread, this is just what you need Dan
Hater...I hope all your coils tear off tonight and two people call in sick and you drop your dew in the furnace
Try pressing them in. I use my bench vise and a couple sockets. Larger socket on the crankshaft side of the case and matched socket on the seal. Snug it up between the jaws and double check everything is lined up nicely. Slowly tighten the vise and the seal will just slide right in.
Those are the exact same seals on a 200t. I’ve broken a few too. I haven’t broken any since I started doing it this way.
