I honestly couldn’t tell you whether it has more power or not. The only 562 I have to compare it with is a old 5-bolt case saw that was built and ported from the get go.

If these auto-tune saws on your side of the pond are similar to here, it's very likely it will take 10 tank fulls of cutting for it to wake up following break-in times.

I don't think there is any difference in the saws themselves from the EU to the US. The major differences are usually accouterments, ie, filtration, felling dogs and handle configurations and sometimes models offered according to region.
