Did a muffler mod today. Just cut off the tab and still use the factory deflector

Re did my parts list for the 70th time and it is rather short and I have decided I am gonna port this saw. Did a little bit of lower work today, just took the lips off.

IN: 80*, squared off
Not going to adjust port timing until I get a piston.

That hot exhaust and those deflectors with the holes also plays heII with plastic Husqvarna brake flags. If you have the metal brake flag you will be fine, but I've seen quite a few plastic ones with holes burnt through them.
