Faced with the problem of a missing pawl on a SEM flywheel. Only the spring and pawl being still available as replacement parts. The stud is nla.
Figured I would see what else could be found to make it work again. Dug through my bolt bin and found what I believe is a stud from a 2 series of saw like a 272. The old ones were press fit and the new threaded, but the hole was too big, but small enough yet a hell coil could be used.
Was a tad long and had to be shortened a good eighth of an inch or so, that it wouldn't hit the CD unit behind it. Otherwise was a pretty straight forward repair.
