This was a race chain sent to me for a touch up.
It was his favorite and was filed by a guy who knows what he's doing, so I just kept everything the same but freshened up the edges.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Huh?Nope. Got to make them perfectly even. Stoning on the bar is better than the vise. Gives you more teeth to do together.
