We have a steady stream of those some days. I love the ones that have never darkened our door coming in demanding and telling the service advisors what they're going to do for them. The advisors usually say "go get Steve" and I get to calmly tell them how it's going to go down. Either they calm down or their head explodes. Makes no difference to me. When you get older, your tolerance window gets mighty narrow.

Splitter broke again. The seam on the bottom of the cylinder split. Looked like a car wash spraying hydraulic everywhere. The smoke from the muffler cover is what got my attention.
