Showing my ignorance, are these two completely different saws, or are the cutting attachment parts reversible?

I’m not a guru on them but most are reversible. Some easier than others.
They could be the same saw as well.

All I know for sure some of the parts are different color (red & black) and they appear to be different designs. I have not done any further investigation yet, I do have some IPL's tucked away I need to look through.

I also keep forgetting to get some photos of the one in the case, I think it is like the "right hand" version.
