Not trying to be a dick, but how does one let a saw get to that condition?

Can't tell if the incorrect use of they're was intentional to rattle @Jon1212 or not....

To some folks they are simply tools, a means to an end. Mine are tools too, but I try to take good care of my tools. They are MINE .Not trying to be a dick, but how does one let a saw get to that condition?
I, personally would never let any of my saws ever get that dirty. I clean after every use. They aren't perfect, but they don't look like those.
Lack of maintenance. Some people just dont care. Mine all get cleaned after every use to look as new as posible again. Not trying to be a dick, but how does one let a saw get to that condition?
