I got a Super-Express 3.5" chamber 870 for Christmas whn I was 16. It's accounted for several dove, quail and pheasant since then and lord knows how many clays.

870 my all time favorite beater gun. Throw it in the floor of the boat and it'll be there next time... Always liked them I have 6 or so All 12s for some reason???

The 20 isn't bad, next to the 12, of course!

I love my 12 (and the others in the safe) but am getting to the point that I like the 20s better for most things.

All really depends on what your shooting. I like 20s. But not for turkey's or goose or ducks or big *s-word if the 20 can do it then I grab a 20 I love shooting 20 at targets. Also have a friend with a red label 28 g nice little piece for skeet and such I like a 16 once in a while Hell who am I kidding I like shooting pretty much anything even muzzle loaders

Yep. Geese and ducks can make a guy look silly even with a 3.5" mag 12ga. They got some insulation, they do

I've hit geese hard with 10 guage 3.5 looked like I bombed a pillow lol snow geese are tough ... Hope that *b-word froze to death

Nice gun randy ! ... I bought my dad one a couple years ago off my cousin ... it's a nice gun and it shoots really well 30" full choke ... here's a few of mine

From the top .. franchi affinity 26" screw in chokes ... 1200 Winchester 30" full choke 1200 Winchester 28" full choke .remington 870 express. My first pump dad got me for a Christmas gift... 870 wingmaster 20 gauge I got for my son when he gets older and my 870 wingmaster 30" full choke
