Hit the 'Upload a File' button...



When the popup comes up, click 'Choose File'



Click on 'Photo Library' (on I phone, anyways), then click on the pic you want to upload.



... And wait. Once the pic uploads... At the bottom of your post, hit the 'Full Image' button, and the pic should pop up in your post as a full size photo.
