Snap a few pics next time you do one....better yet call Matty to come over and shoot a vid !!!!

I have refil mufler holes in cylinder of 361 using stick electrode , if a TIG or MIG in game the job will done more fast and easy .
If not any welder available go with a M6 tap to the M5 stripped hole dont need to drill again just put the M6 tap and carefully make threads , then go to a M6 screw

I just did two more screw holes on an 020 T cylinder just now. Heli coils seem to work great, I was able to put the same amount of torque on the screws as always and it felt fine. its nice to have the stock size screw where it belongs and not have things mismatched.
