Stock saws 2 cuts down / up 4" of wood.

Race saws 3 cuts 5" of wood marked.

I'm gonna make it hard on you all...

There will be a losers bracket, so it's double elimination.

Louie and I decided we're gonna have the grill going saturday night to go along with the Jambalaya. He's the grill master for this gig, and I got this giant grill on wheels.
So Louie's bar and grill will be open once more.

I keep hearing about all this food and such...this will be my first gtg, not sure on proper gtg etiquette but I would like to help. I can’t cook for *s-word,lol...but I could bring some cash...to whom do I give it too??

Do you need another cooker for more Jambalaya ? I have a big stainless cooker that I use for sweet corn cooks.

No sir, I've got everything under control in my department. The only thing you have to watch is the deeper I get in the Scotch bottle the spicier my cooking gets. Just keep the spices away from the Scotch and we'll be good.

I think I can make 7 gallons worth at one time.

You should start on the Scotch when you wake up then.
