I cooked one on my electric smoker 5 years ago, and got nominated to do it every thanksgiving, easter, and christmas. Brine it overnight or cover it with Cajun seasoning. Smoke it 4 hours at 225. It'll still be juicy the next dayHow you guys cookin your birds?
I'm puttin one in the deep fryer and the other on the big green egg.
