Titty is .064"
Pop off is 28psi after setting metering lever height to flush with lower body.

I cut the spring, 18 psi, cut it again, 5 psi, stretched it, installing, flew into the abyss.
I'm supposed to be somewhere else, gotta go.

Used a spring from another carb, pop off at 7
Installed leftover rubber bits
Timed MMWS Cross cylinder.
With gasket;
Ex. 102
Trans. 119
Intake 80
Squish .032"
Looks like I'll sand .012" off the base and use walbro carb.
Class 2 it is.

Roughed in exhaust port. Real wide, real flat with extra bevel.
65% of bore is 1.375"
I made it to about 1.35".
Got scared.
Luckily the piston skirt has wings and decent skirt length.

.1" (now 1.253") at widest point. Couple of slips and 1 small chip in the plating. Oh well. Still needs finish work.

Now to take .012" off the base.
Leftover piece of granite counter top.
Measured all 4 corners and recorded.

I like where your goin, intake like most ports flow the most when first cracked open. Your shape will retain some case compression
