Yup, I need to get the degree wheel on the cross cylinder. If it needs machine work, I'll class up and go oem on carb, flywheel and coil.

I've decided to go class 2. I'm using all the box parts except the wrist pin bearing unless others are useless

Mine had the same parts left over. It's just duplicates to stuff that came pre-assembled. Other than one tiny o ring. It's smaller than the one behind the chain tensioner and the one behind the oil pump

perhaps the chain adjuster gear O ring? (you did good on identifying this stuff).

Had 1 more pic after some run time.Noticed in Kevin's build thread his top badge was labeled, mine is a blank slate.
Might have to come up with my own slant eye 660 logo.

Na' I'm digging the blank slate. The possibilities are endless.
Seems to be quite a few differences from kit to kit.
I'll trade carbs with you. Mine has a bent high screw and it takes some serious intent to move the idle adjustment screw.

No thanks. I'm a 1%er with the carb that actually runs and tunes well.

Put some rounds down range, had a good ol' time. Quick test.
Pressure / Vac. Test- PASS
Witnessed by Springfield 1911
Off to tuck the girls in and bother their mother.

Anybody know where the metering lever is supposed to be set on the Chinese carb?
Mine is about midway between the lower flat area and the gasket mating surface on the outside edge.
Note the wonky H screw in the pic.

Level with the lower body. But they have a habit of sending "universal" springs that may or may not ever work correctly. Usually have to clip off a few coils to get pop off pressure down

where does it pop off now ? and how long is the tit on the diaphram some carbs set up like that you have to adjust for the diaphram

I haven't measured pop off or the titty. Probably won't have a chance for a while.

On the inside of the metering diaphragm there's a metal ring with a bump on it. That bump (tata) pushes on the lever
