After looking at saws for sale on e-bay I have noticed over the years some sell saws and never clean them before they sell. When I sell a saw I make sure it is spotless for buyer before I ship it . How about ya'll?

I always clean them up after I get them to give them a once over, but would prefer the heavy stuff knocked off at least. I try to clean mine up before selling/trading also.

I always try to clean up. Plus I will give a couple dollars more if it is clean and looks like someone tried to take care of it.

I like em a little dirty, if it's clean I get scared someone pressure washed it.
I bought one once clean and it was full of water bearingsports locked up I was pissed off ruined a good saw.

It doesn't matter what I'm selling or buying. It has to be clean. Generally when something is clean it's also been taken care of. Doesn't mean I won't go over it though. To me when something is clean it's worth a couple extra buck too.

If I'm buying or selling a "beater" I generally don't care how clean it is because it's gonna get completely torn apart anyway

I one on AnotherSite and was bummed at how much crud was on it.But everything was good otherwise.I got one off craigs list last year got it cheap it looked pretty bad thing ended up looking like new after I cleaned it.They could have gotten more if they only new.

I like to find them cruddy and preferably in bucket or a box. Usually means they're in my price range. Chances are I'm gonna tear them apart anyway.
