I got a couple rounds cut up testing a ported 361 that I sent out, then paid to have sent back because it wouldn't run right. New fuel line and she was good to go. Set it a bit fat as I found out the guy isn't real familiar tuning saws.
My woodpile is right behind me when I'm on the left side in the video. I'll split it all up and move the stump when the mosquitoes die down a bit, you can see me swatting at one right after I started cutting.

I still haven't touched it yet, mosquitoes are pretty bad here right now, I hope they die out since we haven't had any rain for a while now. I've got 4 other saws I want to run, just haven't felt good, and now the mosquitoes . Hopefully next week I'll be able to run the saws and split a little more wood for the woodshed.

Worked my arse off to finish off my stack. Makes a great privacy fence, not that anyone is beside me looking.

Was all maple so it’ll probably get burned this winter. My location and stack orientation seems to season wood pretty quick.

More than a little. More like one of those just walk away from it all kind of days. This would have been a nice option if I had to see the boss man.

Nice Job! How long do you think Silver Maple takes to try. Little less than regular I would think?

Probably 6-8 months where it sits. I’ll top cover it in the fall. Silver goes dry quick.

That's exactly what I did. Of course pictures don't do a scene like that justice. Best part was that this was after a storm blew through and dropped a half an inch of rain on us. Tons of lightning, so by the time the rainbow rolled around there was a great light show all around and in the middle of the rainbow. Pretty incredible view.

Here are some white oak chunks me & my daughter nabbed up right before dark.
MS 660 needs a pull cord & MS 261 needs a tune up...all of a sudden it won't start!
So the Fiskers and Maul came out of retirement for a while.
Left behind about 3 truck loads...

You know Chipper it pays to be nice & be grateful to folks.
I called the guy and sincerely thanked him for allowing me access to
his backyard while he was @ work and for the wood.
I also told him if it was still available when I got my saw up and running, I'd come back with the MS 660 and noodle the other stuff in short order.

Here is his reply!!!
"Cool...I just need it gone so whenever you are able to come get it, come get it.
I'm marking it as sold on the market place but it's all yours.... I have one more tree to cut down that's in the front yard right beside the house. I'll try to get it cut down this coming up winter. If you want it you can have it also."
HERE'S WHAT'S LEFT!!!!

BTW...anybody got an educated guess on how many cords may be in these rounds?

Those rounds look large, and they already got bucked up - THUMBS UP!

Organize a mini noodle GTG, find out what saw is the best noodler.
