That is a sweet set up. I still do everything manually for loading and unloading, that would be awesome.

We dropped a big maple Saturday and got a surprise when it hit the ground. Looked like somebody kissed an ant hill, had to be 30 of them. One ran up my leg, stopped, looked at me and ran back down.

I had one run up my pant leg once. I never saw it so I didn't know what it was, so I started slapping at it. Ran across my balls to the other leg, I kept slapping. It ran across my balls again, back to the other leg, I kept slapping. Damn thing made it's 3rd trip back across my balls back to the other leg. By this time I was hammering with a fist and crushed him. I couldn't get my overalls off fast enough; exciting times!!!

I thought I was done with it but it turned colder .I fired up the stove again and have maybe a trailer load half full
Some of it needs split so I might fire up the splitter rather that the old wedge and sledge routine .It seems that dang big hammer wears me out faster than it used to .

Have them flying squirrels in numbers around here. Not long ago felled a massive pine snag when it hit the ground 5 or 6 came out started climbing trees and flying back down.

True story @dahmer, They cleared some trees at our dealership last year around the machine lot. Well, Them trees were infested with the flying squirrels. Trees were gone so them buggers moved into our new Komatsu machines. 7- Machines had insurance claims for varmit damages. They chewed up sound insulation panel materials, wiring, connectors, etc. It was a mess. It was a mystery for awhile. LOL!!

Been doing some fencing on a farm and I put the quad in the farmer’s firewood barn overnight so it doesn’t get stolen and I love his set up for cutting logs
