It's a good idea to sell the complete saw kit with a choice of cylinder and/or carb. When China goes back to work next month I will put some price options together. If anyone wanted to pre-order I would have them all shipped by sea with our next order. We would sell the kit for the same price Farmertec charges minus the expensive air shipping. You would just pay the shipping from HLS warehouse to you.

What would you say to the 660 kit with a Cross Performance Top end Dave.
I know you may be still trying to shake the sand out of your hair and all from the trip but help us out here.
We lean on you a lot -- but you are DEFINITIVE Dave, and there is no OTHER! :dogpile:

I had the same idea with the Cross cylinders, would make a nice package.

Like Simon told me, the carbs are good, it's the spring for the inlet lever that does not get replicated well. Replaced the spring with an old original, and all was well again.

That's very interesting info Steve. Thanks my friend........I'll be giving that a try.

I'd hate to think the solution was that simple and I missed it.......but that's par for the course for me on most days.

Yeah I heard the carb just needs a walbro metering lever spring but mine still hasnt showed at the dealer and a friend offered me a walbro instead

This is where I get my Walbro parts from Ethan.

http://www.vepetersen.com/

They won't sell individual parts........but will sell them in ten packs and the like. We can get a few dozen springs for each carb and share them.
