No just some tube thingy.My CS-500P (same engine) is the same way, just keeps getting stronger. I assume your 490 had a catalyst? The stock muffler on my 500 didnt even have a baffle, just a spark screen and deflector.

He said he didn’t know anything about it. I showed him a pic. He wanted to know where I got the pic and if I could email the pic to him so he could ask about it!!!!!

At the Paul Bunyan Festival I asked the Echo rep about it, he had no clue. I showed him a pic, he wanted to know where I got it and if I would email it to him so he could ask about it.I was at my local Echo dealer today and brought up the new 70cc saw and rear handle 2511 and he said he heard whispers but was hasn't seen anything solid yet.
He did mention Echo has some evnte planned called 20 for 20 where they'll have 20 new item come out in 2020.
