This one got lost???

On the jug of that saw with the narrow transfer ports I'd chuck up a chain file and make it a bit wider. I heard the file in a drill trick not long ago and had to try it on a exhaust flange and it worked vertical well

Ha have an assortment of 4" long 1/8 diameter burrs I used through the tunnels.

Have lots of time to think about things while watching chips fly... but being away from home, I can't check any of my ideas...

Looks like it picked up a bit... be curious to see how well that pipe is matched to the port timing in your jug. Shoot even my jug :)

Thank you for sharing.
I might send it out to you to try for chits n giggles. I know il need to open my saw up a bit at the exhaust port it's still pretty narrow but I'm gunna wait till after April 9 gtg

My saw done. Really fat in the video.

I opened my tunnels, you'll see in the pics.

My final numbers were 106.5 Ex, 121 main upper, 122 second upper, 82 intake.

This saw can pull a 20 no problem.

Even with the extra work, the saw only hits 13,500. Leaning the carb out does nothing. To the point where it has to be tuned in wood.

The recoil is a spring loaded type. Doesn't seem to like the comp. I haven't taken a reading yet.

Build quality much cheaper than a Stihl, but I REALLY like this saw.

Looks and sounds great.

Did you leave the bottom ring out?
Nice muffler mod ;)
Definitely plan on opening my second port more, seems yours is easier to hear the 4 stroke.

Yours should really turn up if I can get these carbs figured out.

Thanks.

Single upper ring.

It could not be leaned out. Pulls hard.

I'm thinking that single ring is where the rpm is coming from.

I'm at 106 125 76/88 with the tunnels hogged in a similar fashion.

You have an 026 built you can compare to? Just for giggles.

I'd say we have a winner with this thread, 3 complete saw builds in one thread with minimal derails.
