Echo CS-490: Idle RPM and WOT unloaded RPM settings?

Hi gang. I just took out the carb limiters and opened up the muffler a bit on a new CS-490. I have retuned it but wondering what the specs say for the idle RPM and WOT unloaded RPM? Anyone know? I just want to put my tach on it and ensure it’s in the ballpark. Thanks.

Mine stock gets 3500-11,600. I haven't tried leaning it any, but it rarely 4 strokes in the cut. 11,500 could be the limited rpm, but I don't know for sure.
