Here is my 064, I bought it as parts (crankcase with c/p fitted) with no tank but most of the other parts still there, I bought a good condition tank and borrowed some small parts from my 044.

Also this happened..

NOS plastics from D-Dave and another ebay seller. I saw them and figured why not! After seeing the other 064 builds on here I wanted mine to kick a$$ too.
I also worked on the handle bar, stripped the rest of the paint off and straightened the rubber hose/trimmed the ends.

The Powder coat guy at work doesn't have a good match for the bar and recoil cover. Kinda bummed I cant fix them up for free.

Them plastics look damn nice! Maybe send the recoil off to mike to get it the powdered before you put that badge on? He does alot of work for the guys on here, I've used him a couple times

I needed a muffler spacer to use an 066 muffler on the 064 cylinder. They are part number 1122 145 1200. I figured I'd just burn off a few on the laser since they seemed to be priced ridiculously for what they are.. Used on the 034, 036 and 064. Maybe others.
Unfortunately the muffler I got does not have spark arresting screens. If anyone needs a dozen of these I'd trade for a duel port muffler with screens.
