Oh yeah, make sure to put the oil cap back on the saw before picking it up......if you want your shop floor, pant leg, and boot to remain dry.

Or, be sure to relieve the pressure from a fuel tank on a saw before removing the carb......if you don't like fuel in your face.

Once a co worker of mine was doing a brake job on an atv, he pulled the tire off and a big a** female black widow was sitting on the disc brake. He almost screamed like a little girl and refused to even go near it.....well...ME being the smart a** I am grabbed a can of carb cleaner.....drenched the black widow and entire a arm and brake assembly in carb cleaner and then proceeded to allow a torch to finish the job.......Hey, I killed the black widow.

I was tightening the main bearing bolts on a truck engine with a torque wrench. I had just muscled that bolt up to the desired lbs/inch when the wrench slipped off the bolt.

Luckily, I had my forefinger on the other side of the wrench to cushion the impact with the truck frame - I really could have damaged that wrench.
